I entered this bill in Knoxville, TN
And it is now in Maryville, TN (37803/Blount).

Whining does wonders!
I want more hits and I want them now!

DEALERSHIP

We had an anxle boot replaced today and a valve gasket replaced today on the car.
The valve gasket is covered by the warranty, however, I just found out today…
OUR WARRANTY HAS EXPIRED.
It expired almost one year ago.
We never got a notice it expired or anything else.
Plus, when we bought the car,
we were told we just had a 100,000 mile warranty,
we were not told the date of expiration and such.
We have only had the car for 3 years.
Needless to say the warranty was carried over from the previous owner.
What we had was a 72 months/100K warranty.
We never knew that either.
I talked with them and complained.
We have never had any problems with this dealership.
The salesperson, had left about a week or so after we bought the car.
He promised a few things to get looked at on the bill of sale, but it
was never noted.
One of them was paiting the side mirrors.
But the dealership honored it anyways.
This is the first time they didn’t honor what the sales person said verbally.
If we had known it expired, we would have tried to extended it, or trade it in.
I did make sure they knew, had we known, this, we would have traded it in.
Thus, losing out on a sale of a car for them.

POST OFFICE

I went into our normal post office today.
The woman I had, was a total you know what.
She was very rude to me and such.
It started by her saying she has to charge me a surcharge on this letter,
simply because it would not bend. I was like I have never had a problem before with it.
It could bend, in my opinion.
Then get this, I handed her the greeting card we had, she began to say that
I would need to add the surcharge to the card. I said, on a greeting card?
She said, yeap, they all need them. They won’t bend!
I said I have never heard of that before.
I told her just let me pay for the postage on that one, I will take the rest of my mail else where
since she was telling me this very rude like.
But, she began to finish my transaction on the rest of my mail.
She didn’t thank me, she didn’t ask me the questions about the content of the packages and such,
like if it was dangerous, liquid, hazardous, etc.
She never even thanked me.
I asked for her name, she got rude with me even more.
She didn’t want to tell me her name. She finially did.
Her name badge was even hidden.
I miss the good ole days of the very friend
Betsy and Jeff that moved to a different location.
I even went online to fill out a complain to the post office on that person.
I thought about posting her name, but I figured I would just let it go.
She knows who she is!
