4th Place!
A publication that I worked on last year, Tennessee Vol Fans 2006-07 Sports Guide, won an award from the Tennesssee Press Association (TPA).
It won Fourth Place for Best Special Issue or Section.
I knew they got 4th place on it. They had the awards after I left the company. I ran into an ex-coworker who told me I had a certificate in my employee file. So I picked it up today. I think the awards was a couple months or so ago. So if it wasn’t for running into this ex-coworker of mine, I would have never know about this certificate I won.
Now I have something to add to my resume! Woot! I even asked for a copy of last years publication, so I can add that to my portfolio too.
