Almost one month until I will go meet some fellow Georgers! I am going to the Lost Sea Gathering in Sweetwater, TN. It will be fun to see other Georgers. You will get to what the stamps look like they use and such. Plus, you can trade bills with them. But you cannot enter the traded bills, just spend them like if they were ones you just entered. But that might help you get some hits, because they spend them in other places that most like would get you some hits and such. I will also be the talk of the gathering w/me collecting business cards. Most of them said they are going to bring me some business cards. Wouldn’t that be cool if I could come back with a huge box full or two?

Are you a Georger and live close to the TN area? If so, you should attend this event. This will be my first George Gathering. I have been saving some ones ($1) that I have entered and marked to go for the even to trade with others. Maybe this will net me some good hits in places that I haven’t had hits in. Who knows I might get a 50 state Bingo! Yea I am dreaming. I guess I just have to be whiney and keep my fingers crossed for these hits. It has been about 5 days since my last hit. I want a hit now darn it!

I will post more info about this gathering as it gets closer and also after it happens. I plan to show a couple of my binders off as well. (these are my business card binders). I will take me an autograph sheet so my fellow Georgers I meet can sign it. Plus, take my digital camera for some pictures. Who knows some of them might be able to be in the paper I work for. I just hope my new business cards I had printed up will be in so I can take some of them and hand them out as well. I made me a Where’s George t-shirt.
