Tid-Bits…
Just a couple more days to go and I having my last year of my 20’s. Then next year I start in my 30’s.
It is hard to believe I will be 29 in 2 days, since it is now Thr. Aug. 4.
I am at work working on deadline. We don’t have that many pages left. I hope we get done early, but I doubt we will. I am never that lucky.
I think our modem is bad at home. It won’t connect to our ISP. I can connect at my moms apt. that is a little down from us. Plus the ISP tech said he could connect on his lap top dialing in on our account from where he is. So it is our modem he thinks. So I am going to try to get the modem out of my daughters computer, since she only uses it for games, she doesn’t get on the internet, what would a 7 year old do on it anyways? So that might work.
My wife thinks she might just cave in and go with high-speed type internet. Yea!
I have to renew my domain name, http://www.cardeologist.com, as part of my birthday present. We plan on getting that done this weekend or so. Can you believe I pay a total of $35 a year for it. That is right. Only $35 a year. You only pay for the domain registration and get the hosting, etc. for free. No-pop ups, etc. I have loved it so far. Plus, I got tons of space and bandwith on it. Unlimited e-mails and tons more. Isn’t that cool?
I am not sure about doing a paid membership on LJ. I know the great benefits of it, but I don’t need more icons, etc. I am content with the free account.
I am also going to order me more business cards as part of my birthday. Have them printed up. I found a cheap place for them too. They did my ones I was giving out if you sent me business cards. I am about out of them. So I want to make more. Have them printed. I can get double-sided, full color, gloss/UV protection on both sides for around $70 or so total. Most places cost about $500 or more.

Oh yea, I am going to go through all my old entries and make tags on them.
