I entered over 40 $1 today. I didn’t enter my other bills. Just my $1’s. The $1 are the ones that gets hits. Wow todays entry has a lot to do with ones. LOL. I wonder when I will get hits from these. Still no hits from last weeks yet, give it some time and they will come. Stamp it and they will come! LOL

This is very wierd, we got my daughters Easter package finially. Funny thing is when we picked it up, it had 3rd notice on the package, first noticed was 4/11/05. How funny We never ever got a first notice! How in the heck was that. I even asked the clerks when we were missing it they said it wasn’t there. That was like the first of this month. So what the heck is going on with this. This is not the first time we have had packages come to our post office box like that. GRRR!

I got some business cards today. I got a lot from my mother-in-law. THANKS!

Hey folks, I got a phone call at work, using my direct line from someone I don’t know. It was in regard to collecting business cards. How the hell they got it, I don’t know. But, they wanted me to give them business cards for a boy w/brain cancer. If you have read any of my earlier journal entries or even my web site, you all would know this is a herban ledgend. ALWAYS, ALWAYS when you get junk mail or hear about stuff like this to look the info up before doing anything. I swear. Please look this info up. I tried to call the person back since they left me voice mail, but they didn’t answer. So I left them a message. Then, I checked caller ID at work and got a different # so I called it and the # that came up I called back and said it is not in service. How wierd. But geez people get real! I know it sounds nice to help a person but with the internet you can find out if it is true or not. IF you did send out the business cards it would go to lost mail (dead mail) in Atlanta. SO that is waisting your time and money. SO look them up. Make-A-Wish foundation has links to rumors, urban ledgends, etc. Besides Make-A-Wish foundation doesn’t tolerate spam in trying to help people. This urban ledgend has been going around since the 1980’s. Way before the internet yes. But still a long running one. Anywho. I had to speak my mind on this one. Just wanted to let you know. Funny thing is the person that said they heard about me from a friend they know. But the name sounds familiar, but I am unsure if I know the person off bat (the person they know that is). Who knows.

No business cards in the mail today!

I got to talk to Carrie K. from the IBCC. It was fun. I cannot wait to meet her and her husband when they come to Tennessee. It will be great to meet another business card collector. I find it intersting and fun when I can meet other business card collectors.

Another thing about where I work. It has been talked about in the company that everyone is having a hard time getting their pay checks cashed. Now that really sucks! I am not sure what is going on, but I think it is where we have new owners, they froze the one account so they can get a new account set up, etc. I hope by end of this week that I will get my check and able to cash it! Or all hell will break lose where I work at. It is not right to mess with a persons pay check like that. Some of my coworkers haven’t been able to cash their checks yet, since Friday. Not good! Anywho!

There is something else that I really want to get off my chest and share on this journal but it is too soon to share. It is more details about my work and is going on. There is too much and too sensitive right now to share. But, keep looking I will disclose this info. I know my freedom of speach and press. This is a form of both. This is like an online press. Snickers, besides freedom of speach but with how this goes, I want to wait it out just a bit and find out if it is true or not.

I hope to be able to meet a fellow collector Memorial Day weekend. The person plans to be in Tennessee that weekend. They will be about 2 hrs or so from me about 100 miles I think it is. So it would be cool to meet another collector. I have a couple nice pkgs. for her too. I always love to meet other fellow collectors. It is fun. I hope one day I can go to the IBCC convention in IN. I know that will be fun. It is usually in August around my birthday and the Brickyard. So you can say hotels usually cost a lot and traffic will be fun too. But, I am sure it will be intresting.

I wonder if I will get business cards tommorrow in the mail? I hope so. Come on I haven’t been getting business cards lately. So send me some today folks! Please! Pretty Please!

No business cards today. Just a junk mail day. Gotta love the junk mail. It seems if it weren’t for junk mail we wouldn’t have mail at all.

Please keep me and my coworkers in your prayers. Things have been going on at my company where I work. Most of us are not sure the company will last much longer. That is just ashame. I love it where I work. Love the people I work with and most of all. I recently got to become “Art Department Supervisor.” Figures! It seems I pick a lot of places that end up something happening to the company.

The newspaper in Michigan I worked for, Star Publications when bankrupt due to Brill Media. Then, we moved to Knoxville, TN where I lived my whole life, but the 2 years while being up in Michigan where my wife is from.

Then, the job I worked at before I am here, Infosite Survey Group part of Medallion Sign. They ended up with no money and no jobs to do. I was on unemployement for quiet a long time. I would be on it for a few weeks, then my work got a few jobs and needed me to come back, I would work about a few days to a week, then right back to unemployement. Then, I got the job where I am at now. I even got to take a trip to Texas this this job. It was fun going to Texas, because I was never there. My family got to go with me too.

Even a few restaurants are no longer around either. A couple of those are from East Towne Mall (know known as The Knoxville Center Mall). I worked at Flamer’s (a hamburger place) and Corn Dog on a Stick. A good thing is the Taco Bell is still there, it is now double the size it was when I worked there. Of course that was prob. close to 10 years or so ago at those places in the mall. I am sure there are some other companies that are no longer, but the thing is I was never at those places when they did close down but the last two and now this one? Who knows. It might stay around. Let’s hope!

I have worked there for 1 1/2 years now. I take my vacation next month. I am looking forward to it right now. My job I have not has great perks, I get to go to special events and such with it. I won’t reveal my work place yet, but if you are a close, personal friend you already know where I work and please don’t mention it right now. It isn’t the time to mention it. Later down the road if you keep reading my journal, you will find out where I work. So please, please keep me and my coworkers in your prayers. Even my boss told me that with what is going on I don’t have anything to worry about, but that all of us prob. should look into something else. So that kind of sounds bad to me.

Now my other boss, well he isn’t my boss anymore, but going to court to try to be again or something like that. (BTW he lost his business from a divorce) But legally its a corp. So I am unsure how that goes. He has a nephew that has a 15 inch iorta (I cannot spell) some kind of blood vessel expanding or something. He is in a comma. So he needs prayers as well.

I honestly am not worried about it, as long as I have a job. You know what I mean?

I got 39 business cards today from 2 people. Thanks! Oh yea my new over total is over 69,300! Yea! I told you I would update you when I get the mail. I wonder what I will get tommorrow?
